We'll meet in Plaza Sarriegi, in the heart of San Sebastián's Old Town. From there, we'll walk together to La Bretxa Market to choose the freshest seasonal ingredients before heading to our cooking school.

At La Bretxa Market, we'll visit family-run stalls and local specialists who have spent generations selecting the best fish, vegetables, meat and seasonal produce. Learning how to choose great ingredients is half of learning how to cook.
